Clean staying place

The staying place is clean and the bed is comfortable.

It’s hard to look for the “Happy Snail Hostel” because the location is hiding.i nid to climb up the staircase to reach the destination. The location far from MRT station “purple line” and i need to take bus to reach the MRT or else need to walk 15-20min. Conclusion the location place is Average.

This hostel is really nice.

This hostel is really nice. A good location. You don’t have so much privacy but when you are in this hostel it’s like being with your family. It’s a small place where you can meet people easily. Breakfast all the day with peanutbutter, Nutella, Jan was perfect. I recommend this hostel if you want to meet people and feel like at home.

Great choice!!

Very friendly staff, hostel has everything that you need, comfortable and clean beds, tea and coffee, nice breakfast, hot water in shower. Easy to find from the street, and in 1 room there are only 6 beds, so it's not that crowded. I really enjoyed my stay there))

A cozy hostel with good services.

The atmosphere was great! It was a small but cozy hostel. The breakfast wasn't too big but it was convenient.

The distance to the metro was a bit far, about 15 minutes walking.

It was great, bed big and comfy.

I knew the location wasn't central so not a fault of the hostel but looking back I would have got one closer. The volunteer staff were great, however, on my last night, one (can't remember her name but NOT Christine, she was so lovely!) kept me up late into the night when she came in shouting and laughing in the common area. With it being a small hostel this made it impossible to sleep and number of us were frustrated. Otherwise, it was great.

Great value and location

Beds are comfortable. AC is strong. Showers are hot. Towels are available to rent ($1). WiFi is fast. Location is close to MRT, bus/train lines and downtown. Washer and dryer on site. ($3ea). Convenience store is a few steps away. Unlimited coffee and tea, peanut butter, jam, bread, and Nutella all day long. Fridge stays stocked with sodas and water ($1).

Amazing place!

Almost everything! Staff was super nice and so was other backpackers! There were free toast and coffee during the days. Perfect place for solo travellers!

It was little far and busses didn't go well at nights

Great place, comfortable and clean, Very nice people.

I'm Muslim and I have to pray 5 times a day, I wasn't allowed to pray in the hostel, and I would have to walk for 20 minutes every time to the nearest mosque.

Excellent! Great staff and lovely atmosphere:)

Loved my stay at Happy Snail! It's a small hostel so everyone is very friendly and social. Easy to find people to do stuff with, and also easy to get around from the hostel. Definitely recommend for solo travelers :)

The only downside to the hostel is that the toilet and the shower in the same room, so the toilet gets wet. Very common in Asia so can't complain, also not a big deal.

Stayed only two nights and I was surounded with nice guys there together with best hosts ever!

Very nice home like atmosphere, sensible people You can talk with whole night if You wish to. They offer also discount on many attractions in the city. Very close to street food and to bus stops. You will want to stay longer than You made booking for
